If CIC says they require the Police Clearance Report to be sent in within 3 months of the date it was stamped how strict are they about that, experiences anyone?
Secondly, do you know if we have to get another Clearance Report done because the date has passed the 3 month mark, does my husband have to get fingerprints done again? Can he just ask for another report?

I have heard that sometimes they won't mind if it is past the 3 months but sometimes they do. I know that's not very helpful but I have seen where people have been told both by their visa office.

As for getting another certificate, you typically have to get fingerprinted and do it all over again.

they might ask a police certificate again after it is expired cuz usually police certificates are expired 3 to 6 months but if your husband did a canadian certificate and after left canada they wont ask a canadian police clearence again they might ask a new police clearence in the country of his citizenship .

i live in New Jersey so that wont help... Why dont you try DHL or something they also provide in India.... there should be something, Maybe you dont even need to provide a return envelope and thats just if you want to expedite it im not sure though i would double check by calling!

I don't know why you want to provide return postage, but the way you'd usually do that for another country is to get an "International Reply Coupon". That can be exchanged for an international first class stamp in any country that belongs to the Universal Postal Union. They cost 41 rupees in India according to http://www.indiapost.gov.in/netscape/BasicPostalRates.html (item 23).

Thanks a lot ..... yup just lookes around on few other threads and they say its optional for d return mail option ...but quite honestly i dont wanna take any chance wid this important document so wud check all other resources ....some important info they shared thr was a means of getting d certificate via a frnd or family in USA ,by having it mailed to them and in return they can mail it to me on a priority basis ....sounds good ...but was thinking dat fbi wants d results to be handelled by the applicant and fbi only ....lets see ..some more research needs to be done in limited time ...thnxxx once again ....
