Police clearance on reissued passport

Hello Friends,

I got pcc on my passport 4 months back but last month I noticed that surname in my passport is blank, instead my name and surname are both written in given name field. I am planning to get this fixed by reissuing the passport. Will I have to get police clearance done again even though it is valid on previous passport?

Also, I want to know same about IELTS too, my IELTS score will be considered valid after the new passport too ?

when you submit your application the PCC should be issued within last 6 months ( country of current residence).
Ielts on old passport is fine, write an LOE

Can anyone please elaborate the six months deadline for pcc. My pcc was issued on 10th October so I just have to email the application before 10th April, correct?
