I am sponsinring my girlfriend as inland sponsorship and have been aprooved in principle on feb.25, 2010. Now they sent us a letter dating march 10 and that we have 30 days(until april 10) to send to them the police certificates from mexico ( federal and state). also the medical examination and permanent residence fee. we have everything except both federal and state cerfitficates, as we already order them more than 2 weeks ago but have not yet received them. Shoul we just send the medical and fee first and then send the police certificates whenever we received them? or should we just wait. i hope they wont decline our application .
police clearance not received yet? please help

send what you have - and include proof of the Mexcian PC requests (copy of prints or courier tracking number) or simply state that it was applied for on DATE and that you will forward them upon receiving them!
