Police Clearance Needed At Start?

So I have finally received my police clearance and will be sending it today.
I assume it got lost in mail or something, since it looks like it passed through a small war before it got here, but good enough quality to still be used.
In any case, I got it so now I am just wondering where to send it to?

Do I just send it to the same address that I send my application?

This is an inland application, so the address below?
