Can somebody guide me how to get a police clearance in Toronto for cec. What is the procedure or where to go.

Most likely you need an RCMP record check (Were you asked for it? If not, you don't need to submit one if you're inside Canada), which can be obtained from one of those accredited companies that work with RCMP:
