I also worked in Saudi Arabia during 2007 - 2008,but currently am in India.I want to know whether PCC from Saudi Arabia required for the period during my stay.As u mentioned above, I came to know that,it is not required for my case and I also checked the same thing with the CIC site.

So,please clarify me in this regards.

As you left already the country so the period which you was in Arabia already have PCC then it is valid because you left the country if some one present then validity 6 months only

Thank you #mehranian for your reply,my final exit was on december 2015 and before leaving the kingdom i already get PCC,so it is valid until now because i didn't come again in the kingdom

Without Final Exit because my company they will not give me final exit. They will give me vacation viza.

Hi Victor,

If you got the final exit or about to get it , so you don't have to provide the PCC at all according to CIC website.

If you would like to provide it before getting it or you have an exit re-entry visa,
You have two options :
1- asking for a letter from Canada consulate or embassy towards the police to get the PCC, I think many people did it before, then going the police who is responsible for issuing such certificate , you can get it within 2 days to few days
2- asking for that letter from your embassy of citizenship towards the police, with the same procedures.

My wife(Indian Citizen) has worked in KSA but is currently living with me in India, She holds a valid Iqama and still can visit KSA anytime in future based on her job requirement. Please suggest -

1. Does she need to obtain the KSA PCC to apply for Canadian PR as my dependent?
2. How can she obtain the KSA PCC while she is in India?

Raise an cse webform and they will send you the letter by post(share your address)if you are outside Riyadh or if you are in Riyadh you can raise a car and collect it from Canadian embassy in Riyadh after a week.

Pcc collected from Saudi authorities either from Phillipenes endorsement or Canadian request letter should be same and it should work. I am doing it by collecting endorsement letter from my Indian embassy.

This is as per my knowledge, there are others who have shared their experience and you can read the earlier posts in same thread.

If I am planning to leave Saudi Arabia soon and plan on applying for express entry from Pakistan, will I still need PCC for Saudi Arabia..I believe I read somewhere that one has to wait for CIC request when it comes to Saudi Arabia PCC, and if you are no longer there, then in that case, you don't have to provide PCC as Saudi Arabia is in list of countries that do not provide PCC if you have left the country for good. So will I still need to get PCC for Saudi Arabia later on when applying for Express Entry visa, even though I am no longer there and have left the country for good??

PCC is required if you have valid Iqama in kSA.
