Police Clearance from U.S. and Saudi Arabia

Hello ...
FBI site says "Provide the original fingerprint card" how i can get this card , and does anybody have idea about Police Clearance from Saudi Arabia , do i need form for local police, are all evidences should be in English , what are the documents should be sent to Visa Office.

By "original fingerprint card" it means that you cannot submit a photocopy of the fingerprints.

The very next bullet point contains a link to the standard FBI card -

you can download this, print it on plain paper or cardstock, and use this. Depending where you live, some fingerprinters will have the FBI form.

OR -

If you go to the FAQs link, see FAQ #6 - it says you can use the standard fingerprint card used by the fingerprint agency. It does NOT have to be the FBI card.

6. Can I use the fingerprint card I download from this site?

Yes. We will accept the downloaded paper fingerprint card only for the purpose of requesting an FBI Identification Record. If you go to a law enforcement agency or private fingerprinting agency to be fingerprinted, they may prefer to use a fingerprint card on standard card stock. You may use the fingerprint card provided by the printing agency.

I did that, just used the form that my local police station uses here in Canada. No problem...

Ok , it says "If your application is being processed at the Canadian High Commission in London, you are not required to obtain a police certificate" one of family lived more then 6 months in U.S. is that mean he doesn't need police certificate ?

I am also having problem in getting pcc from ksa.they are asking for original finger print.i am currently living in Dubai.I dont know how to get original finger print.in dubai they take computerized fingerprints,how can i get original.
