police clearance from taiwan

since im here in the philippines how would i aquire a police certificate from taiwan police, it was been requested from me by the canadian embassy since im applying for a temporary work permit on canada. and i had already completed the forms that the taiwan police is requiring me and im ready to send it through courier companies but the thing is they dont wanna accept the package because im enclosing a $6 USD on it as part of the requirements as a fee for the certificate and it should be on cash form. my question is how can i send the package including the cash is there any possible ways to send the package and the money together?? the embassy of canada is requiring me to send to them the certificate until january 5 2013 so i should do send the package to taiwan police urgently hope you can help me with my problem thankyou

One of the things you can do is fly to Taiwan from Manila (2 hours flight?).

Hi,

Check MECO address in Manila and you can get from there. You just need to submit copy of your passport and alien residence card (Taiwan). We did this for my husband. It will take minimum 1 month
