Police clearance from Riyadh

Hi guys, is there anyone here have the same situation like mine?

I'm about to apply my open and pr application next 4 months. My husband need to get police clearance from Riyadh. He don't have a copy of his iqama. As per check online that is one of the requirement for pcc. What should we do? By the way he is not in Qatar. He will proccess the pcc there at Qatar.

Did you mean, he is not currently in Saudi Arabia? I presume you are the principal PR applicant and your husband will be your OS dependent.

As far as I know, Saudi Arabia police clearance may only be given/issued to those who are currently residing in the Kingdom.

Hi blade guard thanks for the reply. Yes I'm the principal applicant. My husband word at Riyadh last 2008 for 2 years. And he is currently working in Qatar. Do He really need to get police clearance from Riyadh?

I have read several comments before in this forum that Saudi Arabia authority is no longer giving or do not issue Saudi Police clearance anymore to individuals who are not currently residing in the Kingdom.

And as what I have read, suggestion given was to write a formal letter to CIC explaining the situation why you were unable to provide the police certificate that could possibly make the CIC decide to waive the requirement.
