One question is that now the law is changed now we have to submit PCC to CIO and I read the comments in forum they we have to request a letter to CHC london now we have submit the inital file CIO how we can ask to send a request letter for police certificate from CIO

You are correct that the rules changed and the CIO now asks (most) applicants to submit their PCCs to the CIO. However, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is one of the exceptions since you need the letter of request from the CHC, which you won't get until after you apply. The instructions cover this by saying:
"Unless otherwise specified on our website, it is your responsibility to contact the police or relevant authorities unless otherwise specified on our website. "

and also in the instructions to get PCCs:
"If you live in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
If your application is being processed at the Canadian High Commission in London, you are not required to obtain a police certificate until the London visa office sends you a police certificate request letter with instructions on how to apply."

So, just quote the above two instruction lists in your application to the CIO (when you are the exception it is always worth explaining) when you send them all the other documents and ask them to send you the letter of request so you can get the PCC and you should be ok.

I need some information regarding PCC of saudia arabia I went to canadian consulate jeddah today and ask them a request letter to obtain a pcc as they said to me that we need a request letter from CHC/ EMBASSY that you applied for immigration then we can issue a letter in that case what shall I do in this case I also said to the person that in canadian consulate that the law are now changes we have to send full docs to CIO which is in canada instead of embassy but he said me one he need request letter.
Now what Shall i do in this case.

I did not wait for PCC request letter from CHC to get my Saudi PCC. I went to my embassy here in Riyadh and asked from them a request letter for PCC in Arabic, had it stamped at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and submitted it to the Criminal Investgation Division Office in Riyadh. I got it after 3 days.

Hello guys,
very useful info from all of you for new and confused people like me, CIC India has asked me to submit my pcc from Saudi arabia within 90 days. Does anyone has a Saudi PCC request form in arabic as i left saudi 9 years back. It will be a great favour if anyone can fwd me the copy of the pcc request form in arabic to shariyar1472@hotmail.com.
