Police clearance from Indian embassy at Washington DC

i lived in colombo, Sri Lanka from 1991-1995. Now i am in pakistan. how do i get the PCC? my new passport doesnt say anything about traveling to Colombo ...

wat do i do? please help.

I have a question regarding the PCC from indian embasyy in washington DC.

I have filled the Application for Miscellaneos services for PCC at washington DC but could you please help me understand what does it mean by below lines which are written on Indian Embassy site:

"ONLINE APPLICATION FOR PASSPORT SERVICES

Application for all passport services should be filled up online . The second page after printing should be manually filled up before sending the application form along with other documents to the Embassy. "

I have got the PDF and I have typed in PDF writer and a got print out.

IS there any where else where I need to fill the form online.

All your help is appreicated.

There is not a way to check online. you can call but I have not seen them pick up even once.
