Police Clearance from Indian Consulate in Canada - HELP!!!

Hi,

Anybody got Police clearance from Indian consulate in Canada? I live in Saskatchawan. I need to apply for Police clearance to apply for PR. Indian consulate website is little bit confusing and i'm not sure where to send my application with my paasport??? Please let me know if you have experience. Appreciate it. Thanks

I had applied for PCC on May 28, 2013 and received it on June 14, 2013. So unless processing time has changed or your application is incomplete, you should well receive it within 4 weeks time.

Send your application to BLS Canada, Vancouver office. Just make sure fees calculation is correct.

I don't remember exactly how much I paid for, but I guess it should be closer to $ 60 - $ 70. I had added $ 10 extra, just to be on safer side as I was not sure too much and did not want to delay processing.

Hi DK, Another question. The picture they ask for: Are they really small? 35mm by 35mm? Smaller than passport size pictures? right?

Check their website, they have given all instructions for picture size ..take printout of that page and let your photographer know what exactly you want.

Thanks DK! It's been three weeks since I sent my passport and Police clearance application to Vancouver consulate. Would I be able to track my application anywhere? I hope i will get my passport back soon with PCC

I am not sure weather you can track you application for PCC, but you can surely call BLS Vancouver office (If you sent your application to Vancouver) and check with them, they should be able to provide you all the details buddy !
