Police Clearance from France

Does anyone has the experience of getting police clearance from France, as a non-citizen of France?

My husband has requested one online already. He submitted only the first page of his passport (and not every other pages that have stamp).
My first question is, if that will be fine?

Also, how long it will take to receive it here is Canada?

I received it within 2 weeks of making the request at UK.

I received it 11 days after the confirmation email.
Make sure you submit the recto-verso of your identity card/passport.
They are super slow. And I did not receive anything at my first attempt (despite the confirmation email).
Recently I have requested a certificate again, not even a confirmation yet.

Do they send it out by regular post or courier? Few other regular posts sent to me from Europo (I am in Canada) never arrived. I am afraid they also send by regular post and it gets lost.

They send it out with normal registered post. So they need your signature that you got the package. But you will not be able to track it as this service is not anymore supported by Canada post office (you will not get tracking anyway). I got mine like within 3 weeks (in Europe). So count a good month for it.

I called them once to ask if I could somehow pay for the express post service. They said there were no way to do that. But the normal post works fine in France, so there has to be no issue with that.

It might be that I am mixing it. (I am not sure if I got just info from post Office to pick up the letter or if I got letter directly). Anyway it is just normal post service and it shall arrive arround the world in 3 weeks max.
