Police Clearance for USA

I am a permanent resident and my wife is in usa (on work permit, we both are indian citizen) and she is applying for her pr.
We applied july 1st week and she got her police clearance for USA on March 25th 2017.

Now, my question is do we again need to do police clearance for USA ?
Because once we got a police clearance, we applied after 3 months.

So do we need to do again ?

If she is still in USA then police clearance is valid for 6 months. If she left USA then you will have to get another PCC after her last visit to US.
