I am applying for citizenship with my daughter. I sponsored her last 2017 and shes 14 that time. Police clearance was not required then. Shes 17 years old now.
But on the Police clearance section of the form, in 4 years period when a minor is out for more than 183 days it is required.
Does this means she needs Police Clearance since she stay in our home country for more 183 days before becoming a PR?
She hadnt gone for more than 183 days in Canada after becoming PR.
