police clearance clarification

I am applying via outland and waiting for my visa in vancouver. All my mails are delivered to my address here in Vancouver as well. Three weeks ago my passport was requested by CIC Manila and today I received another letter requesting for: Police certificate (s) from Overseas (FBI POL CERT) Does this mean i need to send a police certificate from where I am now (BC)? I already sent them a current police clearance (NBI) from my country together with my application last April 15 2010 and the date on my police clearance was March 2 2010. Can someone help me on this?!

You need an FBI Police certificate. You should have posted the letter earlier so no one had to guess which PCC they wanted. http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/security/police-cert/north-america/united-states.asp
