Hello Sirs,

I am collecting all details to be prepared for submitting my EE profile in coming months. We are two members in the application, me and my wife. I have doubt regarding Police Clearance Certificate. I belong to Rajasthan and my wife is from MP in India. What would be the procedure of getting PCC for my wife. Her passport is issued from Bhopal in MP and we got it just two years back, one year after our marriage. So, where should I apply to get her PCC, in my home town or from MP.

How long a PCC is valid for?

Doesn't matter, where PPs are issued. Apply to the PSK where you both live now. Go to their website the complete procedure for PCC is clearly described there in detail.

Depends...sometimes they may call you for interview. Just read the instructions on the website...i am not aware of the minute details.

Yes, I checked Passport India website. You can get PCC in the same day you go to your PSK if your address details are not changed. In case of my wife, it will take time as she moved to my home after marriage. Specifically, there is not validity of PCC but often the immigration says not older than 6 months.

I will apply after submitting my EE profile.
