Hi

I have a query related to police clearance certificate. I am form Bangladesh. I got my PCC from Bangladesh when I left Bangladesh which is two years old now. I did not go to Bangladesh after that. Do I need to collect my PCC again from Bangladesh?

I know that the CIC says, "the certificate must have been issued no more than three months prior to submitting your application."

Again, for USA I have to submit FBI certificate and State certificates. Do I have to submit fingerprints? I found at CIC website--- "Applicants should provide a Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) certificate with fingerprints. State certificates may also be requested."

Please help me out.

I talked to others who have already received their PR. Some of them told me that they used PCC which are older than 3 months still got their PR. So, I wanted to know how strictly they are following this rule. If I can not get my PCC within the time can I just apply with my old one and later submit the new one?

For fingerprints do I have to use FD 258 card?
