Hello Members,
Today I got my mother's Medical request along with additional forms request. One of them is to provide Police Clearance Certificate where she has been residence of six months or longer.
My mom visited us frequently on her Supervisa and had extended her stay with us. So do I need to provide Police Clearance Certificate for her time in Canada? Plus, I found this link https://www.cic.gc.ca/english/helpcentre/answer.asp?qnum=037&top=4 which says no police certificate is required if you have spend time in Canada. So I am confuse here. Is some here has experience something similar where parents/grandparents lived with them for more than 6 months and now got PR request. How did you address this issue? Did you provide police certificate from RCMP?
