For how long it's still Valid the police Certificate...Mine has 4 months till now should i Upload it on my Cic account as requested or do i have to get a new one?

That depends on the country it was issued from and/or how long it is valid as stated by the issuing agency/government

I have another question. Is police clearance certificate required from Canada as well? I cam as student and am working here now. I do have my police clearance certificate from India. Do I need it for Canada as well?

Not unless they ask for it.

Normally if you are in Canada, IRCC will obtain clearance from authorities without having to apply for it

I disagree. My husband is in canada and we had to do an rcmp chrck per their request. If you spent more than 6 consecutive months in a country you need a police check from that country

Can you upload also. What is wording on police clearance certificate. Mine is for my parents and it just says office (London one) should receive within 60 days
