Hi everyone,
I have a question regarding the police clearance certificates for express entry. I am an Indian citizen and have been in Canada since 2010. I studied in New Zealand before moving to Canada. So I had obtained the Police clearance certificates from both India and New Zealand last year (June 2015). I was wondering if the same PCC will be still valid now even though they have been issued more than a year ago? I have not been back to New Zealand or India after I obtained the PCC. On the CIC website it says that the PCC should not be more than a year old but also states that it should be issued after your last visit to the country, so does it mean that the PCC more than a year old would still be valid if you have not visited the country during that time?
