Hi there,
I applied for my inland sponsorship in November 2015. I am confused because before coming to Canada I was in china for 1 year. I went to china in January 10, 2013 and on December 2013 I became 18 years old in china and on 28 December 2013, I left china. So after being 18 years old I just spend 24 days in china. Can anybody tell me whether I need a police clearance certificate from china or not .

Hi, China only issue police clearance certificate for adults (18+). If you only stayed 24 days after your 18th birth day, you can not get police clearance from China.
