Police Clearance Certificate - Inam and other seniors please advise

Guys,

I am a resident of Karachi. During my professional career up till now, I have been posted at two locations outside Karachi: one in interior Sindh (Ghotki) for a year and the other Balochistan (Distt Jaffarabad) where I am posted right now for the last couple of years.
While applying for visa, please advise if I have to submit PCC for these cities as well along with the one from karachi. I read in one of Inam's earlier posts that he has been through the same situation as well. I'd appreciate seniors you have experienced such a situation to advise.

You have to provide a police certificate for every place where you have lived for more than six months ,after the age of 18............
