Police Clearance Certificate from Pakistan-urgent need

This is an urgent need.

I need a Police Clearance Certificate from Pakistan to get my immigration visa. Can someone tell me how can I obtain it from outside Pakistan. Am from Jordan I did master degree from Q.A.U. Islamabad 1998. The Pakistan embassy in Amman says that they can not deal with such requirements.

Any help please?

Well, if you know someone in Islamabad then you can get the police report, you need to send your photos and passport copies to that person and they can then get your police report from the Islamabad Police Headquarters.

If you don't know someone, then Pakistani embassy does issue an NOC, but it may take months. You need to buy some time from CIC and then work on this...

Non-Resident Requests
Pakistanis residing abroad must apply for a Character Clearance Certificate or a Police Clearance Certificate at the local district office of the Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) of the Police Security Branch and provide:

Attested photocopies of passport including all the pages showing his/her legal stay in that country
Attested photocopy of National Identity Card
Two (2) passport-sized photographs
Authority letter in the name of his/her blood relative to obtain the clearance certificate on his/her behalf
Affidavit on Rs.20 judicial stamp paper from the relative who will obtain clearance certificate, stating that s/he will receive the clearance certificate on behalf of the relative overseas.

Thanks for reply. Unfortunately I do not know anyone in Islamabad. Can I ask what is NOC? I think the Pakistan embassy in Jordan can not issue it.

Any alternative way please.

Than you have to send this on your own and pray if it will not get lost with Pakistanis Police. NOC is called "No Objection Certificate". Look for the Islamabad Police numbers and make some calls and ask them what you need to do in this situation.

Go to the embassy again and ask them what they can do, there is got to be a proper way to do it.

c im in pakistan but i cant go on your behalf but i think if you find a guy here who can help you get that you may ask him .. n you have to get the clearence from the city where you lived ... not from ibd ...

Yes, New yorker u r right.Well jordan why dnt u try to contact Jordan embassy in ISD,may be they could be of some help to u.Also if Pakistan Embassy in jordan does not provide u PCC ,tell them to provide this info to u in black n white so tht u can send tht document to CIC n get some extra time,mean while try getting the PCC from ISD.KSA also does not provide PCC to its non-residents ,one of my friends send this info written by the concerned KSA embassy n was exempted from PCC .But i ll suggest u to keep trying to get PCC from ISD as normally Pakistan issues PCC to ppl so there s only a bleak chance of getting exemption.Good Luck.

Better way to get Police Character Certificate from Pakistan is contact your relatives and send them all the required documents. In case you don't have any relative in Pakistan to work on your case then checkout following sites for better assistance:
