Police Clearance Certificate from India?

Hello, I am planning to apply Citizenship post Oct 11, I need to obtain Police Clearance certificate as I am in India more than 200 days in the last 4 years combined. What is the process of obtaining one? Should we get it from India?

You can get it from India, if you are already there or from BLS. I got mine from BLS Vancouver and it took a month.
