Police clearance certificate for indian students(pcc)

is police clearance certificate (PCC) required for indian students??? if so the should we do it before applying for visa or after?? iam applying under spp.
please give ur valuble advice..

security clearance is required for all the applicants thus a police certificate has to be issued from every country where you have lived for more than 6 months.

No.If you are from India, you don't need to submit PCC unless asked by VO. Just stick to checklist.

Hello,

How are you.I have a question.

PCC submitted my mail on 14 April 2014 to Sydney as directed by CPP-Ottawa
BUT
on 22 April i got a mail from CIO-Sydney asking for PCC.

Did they loose my PCC ?

It is very difficult for me to get it again and they gave me 2 months time.I have written a mail to CIO-sydney explaining the same on same day ( 22 April 2014) but no reply from them yet.

What should i be doing now Huh
