Police Clearance Certificate Condition in Express Entry.

Hi There,

I have received my ITA yesterday. But today only I came to know about one condition to obtain police clearance certificate. I live in India since I born. I have traveled to USA only so far in my life. My current visa status is active for that country.

Now, I went to USA last year from 16.05.2017 to 14.11.2017. This period consists of 182 days stay in New Jersey.

My question is do I need to Obtain police clearance certificate from New Jersey as well as India where I live?

Check your application. If the application asks you to upload 2 police certificates then you have to get PCC from USA

Even if the system doesn't, the officer may ask for it later. So it is better to get one right now.

My application doesn't ask at present for pcc from FBI. So should I proceed and submit my application without it and simultaneously start process to get clearance from FBI in case at later stage they ask then I be ready?
