Police Clearance certificate and work experience

Hello Friends,

I need to know a few things-

1. While applying for PCC from Delhi, one is required to mention the address details. So my query is, since when does one need to mention the address? Is it since birth or after attainment of majority?

2. How can a foreigner, my better half in present case, living in Delhi apply for PCC? Is it through FRRO?

3. I have completed my post graduation in the year 2010 but I am showing the work experience under NOC 0122 from 21-10-2013 to 24-3-2018? So will they ask for the gap period?

4. I have resigned from my work and completing the formalities, my CRS will be 451 by May end so if i, temporarily, work in call center and do not show this experience then will it impact me? I am concerned because CIC asks for statement of account from all the bank accounts and my salary will get credited in HDFC bank account which, again, may create problem as i may be asked that what is the source of this salary and then I will have no choice but to reveal about the job in call center. I do not want to do that because it may spoil my EE profile.

3. You have to say "unemployed" for that period in your PR application. You will identify that section as you go through the form.

Point 3- I have actually worked for that period (2010-2013) but my employer has made an incorrect reference letter and I am chasing them for correction. So I have decided to avoid showing that work ex because without it too, I have 4.5 years of experience under NOC 0122.
So can I simply write in the application form that I was working without claiming any points?

Point 4- Will working a call center impact my profile/NOC? I am worried what if i show the experience and it degrades my profile or makes me ineligible?

3. Best route would be to continue chasing them and ask for the correct reference letter even though you are doing good score-wise. If they are in no way providing a corrected one, back it up with pay slips from that period. It sounds safer to not claim points for that period if you can still secure enough points for an ITA. And definitely explain the whole situation in a well-drafted LoE.

4. Won't affect anything. You are basing your entire work experience points on the job that you left already.
