Hi experts,

I would like to confirm if PCC and medicals must be done before applying for the FSW? Check list documents says it strongly reccomends to send these documents along the application but it further says you can send your application even without these. Visa officer would ask for these documents later on during the process of your visa.

I won't be able to get my PPC from all the countries within next two months and I do not want to wait for that long to lodge my application. I am worried about cap of my NOC which is software engineer. Please confirm, if it is okay to lodge my application without these documents and submit them later on.

You can apply without PCC.
Medicals should not be done prior to filling of your application.
Once your application is accepted and approved by CIC and your VO, you will receive a mail requesting you to complete your medicals and submitting additional docs(PCC, Visa fees,PP, ETC)
