hi guys I just want to ask if is it okay to submit my application without police check? I just explain that my police check is on process. and I will submit the receipt of the application of police check?

Yes that's ok. Make sure to send your UCI/Application number with the police check when you do get it.

so once I already received my police check can I send it to them?

Yes but make sure you send it to the right VO (if it's outland and has been transferred). When you get AOR and SA you should get an application number. Put this and other information (name, address) with the police check so they know whose application it is for.

Is that process fairly straight forward? Like (in my case - US immigration) before SA I would mail it to Missisauga, after SA I would mail it to Ottawa?

Yes, in your case it's pretty straightforward, though I'd be inclined to wait for SA so they have all the documents in the same place.

I phone the CIC then they said that if I did not submit my police check together with my application what will happen is they will return everything to you because we need to follow what on the checklist so before submitting your application, make sure that all the documents in the checklist should be included upon submitting the application.

If you put a note saying it is coming, then it's ok. Now, I don't know if you are talking about the FBI check, but regarding that one, the CIC knows it's taking 11-13 weeks.
