I am planning to apply for FSW Category 1 (under NOC 3112 as a GP) with my spouse as the applicant and myself as dependant. Following from the guidance notes, it appears that we do not have to get the Police Clearance Certificates.

Could someone verify this ? Many thanks for reading this.

Though short of time, you can apply without police clearence.

Thanks for a quick answer, but its not exactly clear from PR Guidance Document, if it is necessary or not to submit PCC. If it is necessary, I can start requesting these immediately.

Kindly clarify. Thanks for reading.

The principal applicant, spouse, and dependents (above age 18) need police clearance certificates(PCC).
PCC is needed from all the countries where the stay is more than six months after reaching age 18.

Hope this clarifies your query.
Good luck

App is right. U must need the Pcc. It's a part of application package.
