Police Check Questions!!

So we are JUST starting the paperwork process. I am Canadian, and sponsoring my Australian soon-to-be-husband to immigrate here. We currently live in Alberta...Can someone tell me if I am correct so far?
He is going to get his fingerprint check done at the Police here, then along with his NPC Application form, we will send it to Australian Federal Police.
Now we are going to apply outland (even though we live & work here, its a quicker time frame-just have to fly to Sydney for his interview) SO do we give the address of the Sydney Immigration place to the AFP to send his police check?
Also, when we are done all of the sponsorship paperwork, do we send that to the Sydney office as well? Or somewhere in Canada/US?

The instructions for the Australian police certificates are available at http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/security/police-cert/asia-pacific/australia.asp . Please double check since requirements change periodically, however, since they just request the "Standard Disclosure – name check," I don't believe fingerprints are required.

In addition to the standard disclosure, if he lived in the States of Queensland and/or Victoria after his 18th birthday, he may also need to submit traffic/licence history.

There's a few people who recently went through the Australian process so hopefully they'll chime in too.

In terms of submission, you normally get all the documents mailed to you and then submit them with your application (there's very few exceptions, of which Australia is not one). Family class sponsorships get mailed to CPC-M in Mississauga. Their address is at the end of the instructions available at http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/fc.asp and their courier address is at the bottom of http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/offices/canada/mississauga.asp.

Yes, to both! I had 10 stamps on my return envelope for the background, and it was just to the US

The easiest path to pay for postage may be a FedEx or UPS account - you can get them on their websites and charge them to your credit card. That way they can ship it back to you, you'll get it back quickly, and they are sure they won't have to pay postage.

CPC-S in Syndey processes Foreign Skilled Worker applications, CPC-M in Mississauga focuses on Family Class applications. You can confirm in the sponsor instruction manual at http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/guides/3900ETOC.asp#3900E6
