POLICE CHECK??PLEASE HELP!!!

Hi everyone,i'm in the process of getting all the paper work and would like to know which exact police report/clearance i need for the permanent residency application under cec?I'm from Africa but been living in Canada for 7years and haven't been back home since.I'm just curious whether i need a report from back home too or is it just the canadian police report?And if so which type of report and where can i get it from?I live in Toronto.Hope you guys can help me with this.Thanks.

Who needs a police certificate?
In general, you and all the people in your family who are 18 or older need to get a police certificate. You must get one from each country or territory where you have spent six or more months since the age of 18. For example:

if you visited, worked or lived in a country for two months, left for a few years, then returned for four months, that counts as spending six months there. In this case, you would need a certificate.
For the country you currently live in, the police certificate must be issued no more than six months before you apply.

For countries where you have lived for six months or more, the police certificate must be issued after the last time you lived in that country.

If your certificate is in a language other than English or French, send it when you apply, along with the original copy of a translation done by a certified translator.

You do not need a PCC for Canada.

Every country is different, we dont know where you're from so we can't help you there.

I'm from Zambia,thats a country in Africa but i've lived in Canada for the past 7 years and haven't been back home since 7years ago.So its confusing as to whether i should get 2 reports,one from back home and one from here as well?

Once again:

1- No PCC for Canada
2- Yes for Zambia IF you lived there for 6 months after you turned 18

Jesus Christ, Canada is the exception for that rule.

If you follow the link posted and choose Canada you will see that it is not required.
