Police check misplacement

Hi everyone,
I am encountering a big problem for my parents sponsorship application. On June 21st I emailed them the copy of police certificate fee and resume. Yesterday on Aug 21 st I received the email that we haven’t received the police check yet and this is the final notice. I emailed them one more time yesterday but so worried if they received it or not. Anybody has the same experience please help me what to do?
Ps. I already called immigration and they said we do not have it and cannot do anything about it

will advice you keep an electronic copy of documents you send to IRCC which you may also sent through IRCC Webform......and when you mail documents to IRCC.....its good to send with registered courier so you have a tracking number to know when the mail is received and be able to track the mail until delivery.

You have received a final notice and best to avoid any delays or issues.....if you still have a copy of the documents, maybe you resend them with registered courier

I actually sent them via email from the begining.that what they requested.

Since you have the electronic copy of the documents.....why not re-send the documents through IRCC Webform......when you send the documents through Webform, ensure you select the right IRCC office and also include a note that you had earlier emailed the docments and wanted to ensure they received them......documents sent through Webform, certainly are delivered.

Thank you si much today I sent it via we form as well do you think they will start the background check after receiving the police check or after mecical?

background check is usually competed in the final phase of the sponsorship process......so be patient.
