Police Character certificate from more than one city.

I've lived from my birth year to 2019 in Nawabshah & then moved alone to Karachi in April 2019 to study Bachelors of Engineering . So which city do I need police certificate from? & also will it be an issue , because in my bank accounts ( both in Pak & Canada) I've mentioned my Nawabshah address?

Kindly someone help me , I am panicking

Getting from Nawabshah will be enough. PCC is not required for a study permit.
