I'm preparing my application for common law whitin canada sponsorship and in the document checklist the police certificates are required. In the guide it says that if any document is missing the application can be refused. From reading this forum I see many people sending their police certificates after and not at the time of submitting the application. Is it still possible to do this? I've just sent my fbi police clearance request and the waiting time might be 3 months so if I can just send it later it would speed up things.
