Police Certificates - Validity for One year

Hi Seniors,

I would like to ask if issued PCs are valid until one year. I have recently read somewhere the PCs are acceptable which are valid for one year.

While someone told me sometimes ago more than three months older PCs are not accepted by the visa office. Could you please clarify if the validity is for one year.

When you submit the PC to the visa office, it cannot be more than three months old.

Once the PC reaches the visa office, it is valid for a year. If your application takes more than a year to process, the visa office may request new PCs.
