Hey guys
We had some difficulties in getting the police certificates from Bulgaria where we studied back in the day. We informed the CIC requesting an extension. The reply that we got was:
"Our office no longer requires them.
No further action is required on your part at this time.
You will be contacted should further information be required or regarding the next steps in your file"
That is when we got into panic mode, and we are not sure if this is a good or a bad thing. One possibility is that we should have not been requested these certificates in the first place, given that we never studied there for longer than 6 months (that is what the CIC told us in the beginning) but we were requested these nevertheless. Other possibility - I don't even want to think about this, but the what ifs are getting us into panic mode, if you know what I mean.
Has anyone else received a similar message?
