I lived only in my home country and in Canada for more than 6 consecutive months. My question is do I also get a certified criminal check from Canada or just my home country? I am in Canada now applying PR via Provincial Nominee program.

I would get it from Canada also. I am in the middle of my PR application and live in the UK, so have a UK police certificate. However I lived in New Zealand for more than 6months 15years ago, and although IRCC didn't request it at the first stage of the PR submission, they've since asked for the NZ police certificate which we then had 30days to submit - luckily our Immigration consultant mentioned they might do this, so we requested our NZ one a few months back incase.
