Police certificate

I got my fingerprints printed today, but at my local rcmp station they only gave my a piece of paper with my fingerprints on it. Does anyone know what to do with this now, i thought they would send it to ottawa and then from there i would receive the police certificate. Im kinda confussed right now and dont know what to do, please help

you are getting your police certificate from RCMP here in Canada?

I think we are suppose to get a police certificate for any country other Canada that you lived in for your CEC application. But maybe I am missing sth here, why do we need a RCMP clearance?

Right, no PCC is required from Canada unless the visa office requests it. So, Dan/SloCan, did you get a request from Buffalo for this? Did you obtain your other PCC(s)?

So i dont need the certificate from Canada. Thats even easier ;D. Ive contacted my embassy here in Canada for the pcc, just hope it wont take them too long. Thanx for clearing this out for me.
