i would like to ask, if the background check has been done and VO again ask for police certificate which according to them, they havent receive it while in fact the applicant submitted it few months ago, after re- submitting, do they still need to verify it to the country where the PCC has been issued? Thanks!

Hello, submitted it last January when they first asked for it in December. And re- submiited again last July. And now its almost a month and no updates from the VO. Thank you
The pcc is validate for only 6 months so its normal they aked for it again.
When VO starts your BGC they will inform you and most of applicant I've seen the VO takes more than a month to process the application, make sure that relationship is genuine and then BGC processing in one day then DM in the next day !
