Police Certificate

I understand that the police certificate will not be needed till they request for it, but they encourage us to work on it first.
I have done it with other notary now, should I enclose it with the application or wait for them to request for it?

Hi, is it possible to send the IMM5669 with police certificate before is requested ? I already have it so I thought to send it with all the application for spousal sponsorhip , is that Ok Huh?

the guide specifically states to NOT submit it upfront, so i recommend following those instructions.

I do not think it will hurt, if it will be expired later, they should request you send an updated one.

If you need a police certificate from a country or territory and:

• are currently living there, or received the police certificate before leaving, the police certificate must be issued within six months before you apply.
• have lived there in the past, the police certificate must be issued after you last lived in that country or territory.
