Police certificate UK address validity

Hello,

I am applying for IEC work permit and I have a UK police certificate from September 9th. Is it still valid if I were to send in my IEC work permit application this week? Also, the police certificate has my old address as I moved in October 2015 (another part of the UK). Does that matter?

If you are applying within 6 months from the time this PCC was issued for your current country of residence - UK, then it is fine.
If you would be applying after 6 months from the issue date of this PCC, then you would surely require a new one.
