Police Certificate Request

Hi,

I was wondering if anyone has had experience with this situation. My application got refused on Nov 1, 2019, and I had to leave Canada before 17th of November. On Nov 4 I (still in Canada) asked my father to request another PCC from my home country (he is there) with the power of attorney that I had given him. My question is, will this PCC be valid for express entry application, since I requested it before leaving Canada? Now i am in my hot country, not sure if i should request another pic. Thanks in advance

Why was your application refused? Was it because you didn't have your PCC from your home country?
