Police Certificate Question

Dear Forum Expert,

Thank you really for sharing info on this platform. Two questions:

1- How long it takes for PR to be processed after you receive a request letter to submit Police Certificate for countries you lived in more than six months?

2- What happens to the family member aboard (a child) in this case, how long it takes for visa office to ask her for medicals.
