1:Do i have to submit the original copy Certificate of No Criminal Convictions and original Notary Certificate of No Criminal Convictions? Or only the original Notary Certificate of No Criminal Convictions with translation copy?
2:What if i got the certificate while i was in my home country. Ex: I got the certificate on Sept 27, left home country flew to Canada on Oct. 1st. So for the 4 days gap. Do i require to have another updated certificate?
Thank you

1 - A notarized PCC is not required in my home country so I can't help you there.
2 - No need for another one, the one you have is valid.

Cheers ;)

SCANs of the original, the translation, and the translator's affidavit.

1. You need not submit any physical copies, you just need to upload scanned copies of your police certificate as part of your online PR application.

2. As per CIC the police certificate that you submit should have been obtained after you have left the country, unless and until it is your current country of residence.

How do I get the pcc when my home country requires me physically in my country to get it? It's really impossible.

In that case, explain that in an LOE. I believe they will consider your case as it is only 4 days.
