Police certificate Query

Hi guys.
I'm a student here in US. I need a clearance certificate from Karachi, where I belong. My question is, Karachi PCC requires to state the duration of stay. I last went there a year ago, for about 2 weeks and that's my ending period. What should be the starting period though? When I turned 18th or from the past 10 years, which then most likely be around 2007?

If you have stayed in Karachi at the same address you need one PCC. The duration must start from the time you turned 18th until your last visit.
