Police Certificate query help

Hello all,

I have a few questions regarding the police certificate process of the working holiday application

1) how would I show proof of 10 year address history as I have been living at my address for 17 years?

2) what does it mean by endorser, what does that require is that optional or necessary and what would they need and how would I upload it? Also Can I use best friend/gf in Canada as my endorser? That section I am really confused about

3) and final question how would I be able to upload the proof that I have submitted the application when uploading the document on the cic website when completing the application form for the WHV? As I plan to pay for the 2 days but am worried it won’t arrive before the date of the visa expiration?

- you won’t be asked to prove 10 years of residency. When I applied I only had to provide one recent proof of address (bank). It got approved.

2) what does it mean by endorser, what does that require is that optional or necessary and what would they need and how would I upload it? Also Can I use best friend/gf in Canada as my endorser? That section I am really confused about

- I provided my FD who is an accountant. But not sure if they actually contacted him as I got my report in a day and the FD was on holiday.

- soon as you apply for the police certificate. You get an email confirmation. That’s should suffice. You can pay for recorded delivery too (extra £10 I think)

Okay thank you soo much for the response that has put me at ease a lot so in terms of the endorser what do they ask for? Do they ask for proof of how you have know them or what would they need?
