Police Certificate & Passports (Multiple) in e-APR means?

In my e-APR, what does it mean by Police Certificates (multiple) and Passport (Multiple)? I only have one copy of Police Certificate and passport? Requesting some clarification please.

Not Provided Passports/Travel Documents (Multiple) (required)

Not Provided Proof of medical exam (required)

Not Provided Education (diplomas/degrees) (required)

Not Provided Employment Records (required)

Not Provided Employment Records (required)

Not Provided Police Certificates (Multiple) (required)

Not Provided Proof of Means of Financial Support (required)

Not Provided Digital photo (required)

The word "Multiple" is generic and not specific to your case. Upload only the PCCs that are applicable to you - it can be just 1 PCC.
