Police Certificate Pakistan - Address change due to new NIC

Dear All

I needed some help regarding the Police Certificate for my wife. She used to live in a different area in the same city for quite a while and then after marriage her permanent address got changed (same as mine her husband) recently.

Now for the PCC, do I need only the recent address or should i get two different PCCs for different Police Stations?

Also practically she was living in a different house then the permanent address on the NIC so do we mention the NIC address on the "Address History" or the actual one?
